Who we are
Tremont AI, Inc. (Tremont AI, we, us) builds AI models and software for preclinical drug safety. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at tremont.ai and when you contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.
Our products, including Tremont Studio, TRACE and ToxScribe, are provided to organizations under a written agreement. When we process data on behalf of a customer under such an agreement, that agreement governs and this policy applies only to the extent it does not conflict with it.
Study data
Preclinical study data, including slide images, clinical chemistry and gross findings, is processed for customers under their agreement with us. It is not collected through this website. Do not submit protected health information, patient data or confidential study data through the website or by email unless we have agreed to receive it.
Information we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, organization and anything you write to us when you contact us, request a demo or apply for a role.
- What we collect automatically. Standard server logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
- What customers give us. Contact details of the people on a customer's team who use our products, provided by that customer.
How we use it
- To answer your message and follow up on a request
- To run, secure and improve the website and our products
- To provide the products to customers and support their users
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for behavioral advertising.
AI and your data
We do not use customer study data to train our models unless the customer has agreed to it in writing. Information you send through the website is not used to train models.
How we share it
We share personal information with service providers that host our website, deliver email or help us run the business, under contracts that restrict their use of it. We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose we collected it, then delete or anonymize it. Messages you send us are kept while we have an ongoing relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact@tremont.ai. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running the site and responding to you, the performance of a contract and your consent where we ask for it. Your information is processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses for transfers. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California. We collect identifiers and internet activity information for the purposes above. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. California residents may request access to or deletion of their information and will not be discriminated against for doing so.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See our security page for how to report a vulnerability.
Children
Our website and products are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
